The Edavaka Mission, a Parish unit of The Voluntary Evangelists Association of the Mar Thoma Syrian Church, is actively involved in the mission and outreach activities of the church.

The7-Point programmes forms the backbone and character of the organisation:

• Intercession,
• Bible Study,
• Sharing of experience,
• House Visit,
Serving the sick and the needy,
• Conduct of prayer meetings,
• Gospel work among people of other faiths and ideologies.

The Parish Mission sponsors and caters to the Mission Field in Daund and the members are involved in various activities along with the local Evangelist for sharing the gospel and upliftment of the people through development programmes. The Edavaka mission is active in the Pune Centre of the Voluntary Evangelist association, bringing together the Parishes of Pune & surrounding cities in fellowship. Pune Centre caters to the Mission Fields in Chakan and Kalechiwadi having believers from the local community with regular communion and sharing at the Lords Table. May the Lord strengthen us to witness Him in the respective places and respond to the contemporary issues facing the world in the fast-changing world order and practices.
